• These Safety Guidelines and Policies (“Guidelines”) apply to all visitors, customers, or community members using hoopdahoop.com and related services (the “Services”).
  
• Our goals are to promote safety protect customers' wellbeing maintaining a respectful, inclusive community.
  
• Health check: Warm up, hydrate, and listen to your body. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
  
• Environment: Our equipment is only for use in a clear space free of obstacles, with non-slip surfaces and adequate lighting. Keep pets, children, and bystanders at a safe distance, and no climbing on equipment (trailer).
  
• Supervision: Beginners and minors should be supervised by a qualified adult.
  
• Protective measures: Consider wrist support, and appropriate footwear as relevant to the activity.
  
• Health conditions: If pregnant, injured, or with known medical conditions, consult a healthcare provider before participation.
  
• Recording and sharing: If filming, prioritize safety over performance. Do not attempt stunts solely for social media.
  
• Be respectful: No harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats, or targeted intimidation.
  
• Inclusivity: Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, medical condition, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation is prohibited.
  
• No bullying or abuse: Doxxing, stalking, brigading, or encouraging self-harm or dangerous activities is not allowed.
  
• Intellectual property: Share only content you own or are authorized to use. Respect copyrights, trademarks, and others’ publicity/privacy rights.
  
• Payments and fraud: Use only approved payment methods
  
• Waivers: Participants may be required to accept risk acknowledgments or waivers.
